一直很喜歡被倒吊的感覺，忽然有人跟我有同一個想法，很開心呢~~
I have always liked the feeling of being hung upside down 
then suddenly someone told me they had same idea, so I am happy about that.

不能不說倒吊最重要的是，被吊著的雙手必須也被緊緊的拉扯著、

盡量貼近身體，不能任他雙手隨意活動，這樣子就吊多久亦不會有問題。

I can not say what is the most important thing about being hung upside down 

but if you hang with your hands tightly pulled close to the body to not let them move around

then you will not have any problem hanging for long time.

 

半倒吊的那位，因為全身沒有拉直，反而腰和腳眼都會太受力而痛楚。
If hanging from only the feet, the body will not stretch well.   
The force of the pull on the waist and ankles will feel painful.

不過，只要不是吊太久，高潮仍會出現。
However, as long as you not hanging too long, the climax also will appear.

另外，這個絕對是倒吊的好用具，有它就更能如虎添翼。
