這不是我的原意，卻成了我突然而來的構思！

首先要穿上一套可以棄置的衣、褲，我穿了一件已沒用的的緊身衣。

在手臂和腿，再加些彈性繃帶襪套加強保護。

然後就是需要一桶暖水，約攝氏22至25度！

接著將石膏繃帶打開，浸於水中一分鐘左右，然後輕輕擰一下取其適當的濕潤。

之後就可以用浸過水的石膏繃帶纏繞於須要固定之處。

等二至三分鐘後，就會感到有點發熱，此時已開始初期凝固。

三十分鐘後，開始內部固化了！

因為我是半包的，待完全固化後，就可以自行脫殼而出！
